Consignor drop-off is Thurs, Aug 9th 1pm-6pm.$Consignor pick-up is Sat, Aug 11th 6:30pm-9pm.

• Consignors keep 65% of their sales (minus a $7 consignor fee).
• Consignors with at least 20 items receive 2 shopping passes to shop at the Consignor Presale on Fri, Aug 10th (2 hours before the public).
• Volunteers receive 1 shopping pass to shop at the Volunteer Presale on Thurs, Aug 9th. (1 day before consignors and the public).
• If you choose to consign AND volunteer, you can sell your 2 consignor passes for $3 each to recover the consignor fee.
• The last day to register as a consignor and print your tags is Wednesday, Aug 8th, 2012 at 11:59pm.
• Our convenient, easy-to-use, on-line tagging system creates barcoded tags showing the item size, description, price, whether the item will go 50% and whether the item will be donated to charity (if it did not sell).  You may choose to keep your prices 100% or let them go 50%.  You may choose to donate unsold items or pick them up (Sat 6:30-9pm). Another wonderful thing about our software is that you can see which items in your inventory have sold. If you prefer hand-writing your descriptions, click here.
• Budget 30-60 mins to drop off items.  We will count your items as you check-in to drop them off.  There will be a form you need to fill out for items priced $20 or higher.
• Each consignor must bring a container with your consignor number on it (a box, a rubbermaid container, etc.) We will place unsold items in this container at the end of the sale and this will make pick-up easier for you.
• Items of poor quality hurt the reputation of our sale.  Please only consign items that are gently-used and in great condition.
• A "Homeschool Corner" will be featured. This is a great place to sell and buy homeschool curriculum.
• Typically, maternity clothing, 0-6 month clothing, and shoes are in excess.  Bring the highest-quality items and price them to sell.
• Stuffed animals are hard to sell.  Collectible and battery-operated stuffed animals are allowed.
• VHS not accepted.
• Cribs with drop-down sides have been recalled.  We will not take these without the repair kit that comes with it.
